Exchange and Refund Policy
At Ravi Patola Art, we are committed to providing quality products. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please refer to the following policy for exchanges and refunds.
Exchange Policy
- Our exchange policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange.
- Exchanges are only accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect or if the incorrect item was dispatched.
- To request an exchange, email us at info@ravipatolaart.com within 24 hours of receiving your package.
- Once your request is approved, the product must be couriered back to Ravi Patola Art within 7 days.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and sent back in the original packaging with bills and tags intact.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are applicable only under certain conditions, such as receiving the wrong item or a defect not caused by user error.
- Refund requests must be sent within 7 days of receiving the product, and the product should be returned within this timeframe.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved or rejected.
- If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, bank transfer) within 5-7 working days.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
- Certain situations may result in partial refunds:
- Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you have not received your refund after the stipulated time:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
3. Contact your bank. Refunds may take additional time to post.
4. If you have done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@ravipatolaart.com.
Shipping
- To return your product, please mail it to: Ravi Patola Art, info@ravipatolaart.com.
- You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item unless the item was defective or incorrect.
